How do I return an item?
Juicy Vapor has a no return policy on our vapor juices. There is no circumstance where you can return your juice. If you have a defect with any of our hardware and it is within its warranty period, we can issue an RMA and replace any defective device. The warranty period for smoov batteries for manufacturer defects is ninty (90) days. All other personal vaporizor hardware has a 2 week manufacturer warranty for manufacturer defects. We CANNOT and WILLNOT do any warranty work UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES without a receipt or invoice.
Batteries, Cartomizers, Atomizers, Clear-o's are all consumable devices and do not have a warranty. Once the unit is used, it can not be returned.
As said above, there are manufacture warranties against manufacturer defects. We will honor these warranties, but your product will need to be returned on an RMA and tested. Customer is responsible for shipping product back to our facility. We will not offer any reimbursement for shipping costs. We urge customers to ship products with tracking information as to make sure the product arrives as expected. We will either repair your product or replace it if there is a manufacture defect and not operator error.
